Agra-Fatehpur Sikri

Students of B.Arch.IV. Sem VII of IDPT- SCET Architecture along with four faculty members visited Agra-Fatehpur Sikri for study tour from 7th to 13th December 2021. The objective of the trip was to study and document architectural features of Mughal Architecture and map various socio-cultural influences. Students explored both places, identified clusters, streets, buildings and studied the distinctive characteristics of local architecture, the Indo Islamic elements, Architectural motifs, ornamentation, Construction materials and methods.
