Thanapada Village for Rural Study Program

Students of *B.Arch.I, B.ID. I, D.ID.I Sem I, of IDPT- SCET Architecture and Interior Design* along with faculty members visited *Thanapada Village for Rural Study Program* from 14th to 16th December 2021. The objective of the tour was to study and document Vernacular Architecture practices and map various soci -cultural influences related to it. Students explored the traditional spaces, identified community spaces, street patterns, and studied the distinctive characteristics of vernacular architecture, indigenous construction techniques and methods.
